Let's fight for DENGUE FEVER mosquitoes to the EGG AND The LARVAS

  • The Dengue Fever illness is caused by the Dengue Fever Virus, that the spread from one person to the other person with the Aedes Agepty mosquitoes intermediary. This illness will not spread without having the mosquitoes bite
  • To breeding, mosquitoes lay-egged in water, hatches to be a larva, afterwards being the mosquitoes baby (the larva), just afterwards it leaves the water, and flies to mature mosquitoes.

Mosquitoes which contaminate Dengue Fever (Aedes Agepty) was the habit/the unique characteristics, that is:

  • The bite only in the morning until before the day.
  • Only to lay eggs in the place of the pool/the clear water reception (did not nest in gutter water and other place that similar)
  • To begin with the egg, hatches to become larvas, afterwards the larva becomes mature mosquitoes, it is all happened in water and needs 10 days.
  • The flying capacity flew was maximum 100m.

To fight Aedes Agepty mosquitoes is not enough only with fogging and (fumigation) pesticide, because:

  • Fogging only can kill mature mosquitoes, while the egg and the larva will not die.
  • Fogging too much often will cause pollution of the environment.
  • There is an assumption that mosquitoes begin to be immune with pesticide which is used to fogging.

The appropriate and inexpensive choice is with the Movement of the Eradication of the mosquitoes Nest (PSN) minimal 1 time in a week, with the activity as follows:

  • Drain the bath and or the place of the clear water reception/clean.
  • Cleanse the environment of the basin (places that could accommodate the rain water) that was scattered about, for example: AQUA glasses, second-hand tin, etc.
  • Cover the clear water reception available in the household, in order to be made the lay-egg place of mosquitoes.
